Merry Monday Mixes

OK got a surprise phone call at 5 this am!! YEAH!! i dont have to work~ YIPPEE i have a 4 foot x 8 foot sign for a friend at work to paint up so will head over to the shop to paint that. No where big enough at home and warm enough for it to dry so will use the paint shop at my dad's selvedge yard. Get to spend the day with hubby at work too then!! LOL
We didnt get all the snow we were suppossed to get but it still is so pretty maybe a snowman will be in the yard tonight! I have to finish painting up some more signs as i have a show this weekend a small one but since i sold most of what i took this weekend better paint some more!!

I wanted to let yall know "the pickeled pepper patch" blog posted a recipe for a cake in a mug awhile ago and well i changed the recipe up a bit and added some fun things, pkg them up and sold some at my sale anyway they are YUMMY!! gosh it is just the right size for one and so so easy!! MAKES a great great gift for coworkers or students or yourself as a treat at work, thinkin the gals i work with will get one in a mug for christmas~~
HERE IS HER RECIPE SHE POSTED!!! (this one is yummy for brownie mix)

Fudge Brownie Mix
ingredients:
*Microwavable/Oven Safe Mug (must hold atleast 1 1/2 cups)
*3 T. Brown Sugar
*1/4 c.flour
*3/4 tsp. baking powder
*Pinch Salt
*Round Tag*Small Clear Baggie
*Piece of Homespun
Directions:
In a small clear baggie place all ingredients, shake together, and tie off with a piece of homespun. Place into mug for later use. On Round tag write, "Fudge Brownie Mix"
Attach a nice gift tag to the Mug handle or tuck a small card inside your mug with directions below on how to prepare the Fudge Brownies. (You can just copy & paste the instructions below and attach them to your mug handle tag)
Fudge Brownie Mix
ingredients:
*2 (1 oz.) squares of unsweetened chocolate
*1 T. butter or margarine
*Fudge Brownie Mix in baggie
*1 small egg
*1/2 tsp. vanilla
directions:In your microwave safe mug, place your chocolate squares and butter. Heat in microwave until melted, melting at 15 second intervals, as each microwave is different. Stir mixture until smooth. Let cool slightly. Add Fudge Brownie Mix from baggie, egg, and vanilla. Stir well. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Let cool. You can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped topping ontop your Brownie! Enjoy!!!
OPTIONAL OVEN RECIPE: Complete all steps above except bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes!

I also have a couple of mixes made up on my etsy shop for sale they look so cute and all you have to do is buy a microwave safe mug and pop the mix in a bag and a gift is ready to give!!
